Hong Kong deliveries
Orders over HK$600
If you spend over HK$600, we offer FREE delivery via local courier. Note that someone may need to

be in to sign for the parcel.
 
Orders under HK$600
For orders under HK$600, we charge HK$100. This will arrive by Hongkong Post with your local postman.
 
Next day delivery
If you need your order urgently, please contact us and we will prioritise and make our best effort to despatch it the same day for you. Your order will arrive the next working day by local courier, provided you ordered before 12pm the day before. Priority despatch orders placed after 12pm will leave our warehouse the following day. Our priority despatch service costs additional HK$80. Please note, if you place your order on a Friday, it will be delivered on the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

• If you require it to be delivered before a certain time, please call or contact us - there will be an additional charge for this service.

• Although we endeavour to despatch all orders on the day they are received (before 12pm), at busy times this may not be possible. Please contact us if your order is urgent.

OVERSEAS

• For overseas orders, please contact us as we will need to calculate the postage cost depending on the weight of your parcel to cover our costs.

• All overseas orders are sent using a tracked delivery system. 

• We do not accept responsibility for non-delivery of orders when delivered to addresses outside of Hong Kong.
